Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will contact you if there is a significant delay in processing your order.
Shipping Terms, DAP (Delivered At Place)
All shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered At Place) Incoterms.
Under DAP terms:
- We are responsible for arranging and shipping your order to the delivery destination.
- The customer/importer is responsible for:
- Import duties
- Customs fees
- Brokerage charges
- Local taxes (including VAT/GST/PST/HST where applicable)
- Any additional import-related costs charged by the destination country
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable import charges required by your country or local customs authority.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, and local delivery networks.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or import processing.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Package dimensions and weight
- Carrier rates
- Shipping method selected
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import fees once the shipment reaches the destination country.
Customers are solely responsible for all import-related charges. Failure to pay customs or import fees may result in:
- Shipment delays
- Returned packages
- Package abandonment or destruction by customs authorities
We are not responsible for refunds on shipments refused due to unpaid import fees or duties.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging and damaged item(s)
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or redirected packages.
